Welcome to The Mansion in Beverly Hills, Southern California’s premier luxury BDSM Inn. Located in a historic 1911 Tudor Revival mansion, the inn features eight of the finest BDSM playrooms for your enjoyment, including a 1920s underground dungeon room that remained hidden for over half a decade!

Former actress Kate Essem discovered the basement dungeon after purchasing the house in 2009. While restoring the wallpaper in the grand entry hall, she discoverd a secret passageway hidden behind the mirrored hall tree. Feeling that her fabulous find needed to be shared with the world, she and her partner, Brian Barnett, renovated the house so that it could be used as a BDSM inn.

The first floor features two expansive parlors, a library, a billiard room, and a drawing room, all open for use by our guests. Breakfast is served in the dining room, or you may arrange to have it brought to your room. Dinners can be provided in the dining room as well by special arrangement.

Upstairs, the four bedrooms all have private baths, and have a selection of bondage furniture and toys to make your evening enjoyable. Or not! Also on the second floor, you’ll also find Dr. Hymen’s office, a medical play area with complete with doctor’s office and full bathroom.

The third floor has our two motor themed rooms. If you’re into motorcycles, you’ll want to go for a ride in Sweet 916, and if custom 1950s pickups are more your thing, then you’ll want to spend the night parked in The Garage.

The Dungeon is reserved as a guest room on weekends, but during the week, it is available to rent out on an hourly basis, whether you’re a guest of the inn or not.
